As AI model scales expand geometrically and real-time computing demands surge across the industry, the AI Container Data Center (CDC) project by ALT Group (Aeon Lighting Technology)—a top-tier global AI infrastructure partner—has successfully advanced into its core commercialization phase of deep development, focusing on full-system integration and functional stability verification.
Our R&D for the CDC is rooted in an absolute commitment to engineering excellence. The CDC is a complex ecosystem that integrates computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation, high-availability power redundancy design, and structural dynamics analysis. To meet the extreme workload requirements driven by massive AI computing, our hardware infrastructure demonstrates top-tier commercial technical specifications:
- Extreme Cooling Efficiency: We utilize advanced air-cooled Fan Wall and In-Row Cooling designs, delivering a total cooling capacity of 130kW. The system also reserves interface flexibility for future liquid cooling technology integration, effectively lowering the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) to an excellent level of 1.4.
- Uninterruptible Power Protection: Supporting 380/220V AC input power, the system features a 2N redundant power architecture and an advanced battery system (supporting both lead-acid and lithium iron phosphate batteries). It provides up to 15 minutes of backup time, safeguarding data security with absolute stability.
- High-Density Server Support: Each rack can support an ultra-high power density of up to 40 kilowatts (kW), perfectly accommodating the deployment of next-generation AI/GPU servers.
- Environmental Resilience and Portability: Equipped with robust dustproof, waterproof, and seismic resistance capabilities, the system maintains high-mobility, around-the-clock operations even when deployed in extreme climates or harsh environments.
In terms of technical compliance, we consistently align with the highest international standards. Although there is currently no dedicated global standard for containerized data centers as a whole, we still insist on backing our internal R&D with the highest-spec international certifications. Our systems fully comply with TIA-942 Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers, UL certification, NEBS telecom-grade reliability, CE European safety standards, RoHS environmental compliance, and FM / ULC / UL864 standards.
Entering the second quarter of 2026, we plan to officially launch the M3 phase of Extreme Load Verification. At that time, our R&D team will conduct full-power operational testing on high-density computing racks to empirically validate the CDC’s operational efficiency and thermal management capabilities under a Tier III power architecture. Through a centralized platform for unified monitoring, we will demonstrate our anomaly detection and regulation capabilities, building the most solid technical barrier for our global customers' computing power.
